Calling all TRB wine lovers! Here's something new, fun, educational, and entertaining. We're throwing a tutored tasting of wines from eight different wineries, all made by Thomas Rivers Brown (TRB), hosted by Thomas's right hand man, Scott Flory. TRB is one of Napa and Sonoma's most highly sought after winemakers, with over thirty 100 Point wines under his belt. Scott, who is originally from South Carolina, is director of sales, nationally and internationally, for the wineries in which TRB has partial or total ownership. He is crazy knowledgeable about all aspects of these TRB properties.
This will be a seated event, limited to 40 people. Scott will describe each wine and winery in depth, allowing you to ask questions while gaining a wonderful understanding of the different styles of wines made by TRB.
We will start with a sparkling wine reception. Some cheese and crackers will be served during the tutored tasting portion. At intermission, you'll enjoy a tasty spread of heavy hors d'oeuvres created by our friends at Hasentree. We'll reconvene for the remainder of the tutored tasting.
