Explore Michigan's native turtle species while diving into the world of watercolor painting! Join KBS graduate student Caleb Krueger as he shares his firsthand knowledge of turtle ecology and conservation. Following his presentation, artist-in-residence Erica Bradshaw will guide you in creating your own turtle-inspired watercolor painting.All the materials required for the class will be provided, including paintbrushes, watercolor paints, paint pellets, and watercolor paper. The class will be held indoors and outdoors, so be sure to dress comfortably!
There are only 25 openings for this event, so don’t wait to register. Registration closes at 11:59 p.m. ET on May 20, 2025.
