As part of Self Care Week, give yourself the gift of time, space and nourishment. This cosy afternoon retreat is designed to help you pause, reset and reconnect with yourself before the busy winter season.

A grounding Hatha flow practice to gently energise body and mind
A light, nourishing buffet lunch to enjoy together
Deep rest with yin yoga and yoga nidra for complete relaxation
This retreat is open to all levels – no previous yoga experience is needed. Just bring yourself, an open mind, and a willingness to unwind.
