We understand how challenging it is to talk with young people about mental health and substance use. You don't have to navigate these critical conversations alone! Join us for a free and important community event, "Teaching Resiliency Using Trust & Honesty" on Tuesday, October 22nd, at Dodgeville High School (Doors open at 6:00 PM).
This event, presented by Turning The Page LLC, the Iowa County Sheriff's Office, and the Iowa Co. Opioid Settlement Fund (thank you Iowa County Health Department for securing the funds), features a speaking event from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM where you will learn exactly how to start and continue those difficult discussions with youth. Additionally, you will gain Immediate Support by connecting directly with local experts, the Iowa County Sheriff's Office, and community organizations offering immediate help and ongoing prevention programs in the resource fair prior, from 6pm to 7pm.
