Main Focus:

• Isolation and connection - separate the upper and lower body for precise control
• Continuity of torsion and rotation - lead and follow dynamics that flow
• Left and right giro from the back cross - in both parallel and cross-system
• Turning technique - understand system principles and execute effortlessly

• Octagonal, square, and triangular giro structures
• Modern vs. milonguero-style turns – combine the best of both worlds
• Giro with sacada on the open step
• Giro with patada - style meets momentum
• The leader’s axis and its impact on the turn
