Join Us for Turner's Pie Baking Contest!
Showcase your pie making skills & creativity in a fun & delicious way! Contest participants will bring their best homemade pie & present it to a panel of judges for evaluation. The criteria for judging includes overall appearance, crust, filling, flavor/taste.
To enter the contest, buy a ticket as a pie baker ($5/pie) and bring your homemade pie to Turners Fresh Market between 9-12:30. Pies submitted after 12:30 will not be able to compete. Judging begins at 1pm. Winners will be announced once the judges have made their decisions. Bakers must be present to win.
Contest is open to amateur bakers only. Professional bakers cannot compete.
Want to taste the pies for yourself and donate to a good cause (Waupaca Humane Society) - make a donation of $10 and get 2 slices of pie!
