Turn Ideas Into Action
About this Event
Join this free interactive pilot workshop for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed by change, or have ideas, goals, or ambitions but aren’t sure how to turn them into action.
Instead of focusing on motivation or mindset alone, this session is about turning ideas into small, practical experiments you can try in real life to build confidence and create real change.
Designed and delivered by Sally Millington, who has been trying 52 new things a year since 2018, this workshop combines real-life experimentation with over 10 years in learning and development.
Through a simple, practical framework, you'll explore how curiosity, small experiments, and taking action can turn ideas, goals, and ambitions into meaningful progress.
You’ll learn how to:
- break goals into small, manageable steps
- test ideas through low-risk, real-world experiments
- build confidence through doing, not just thinking
You’ll leave with a simple framework you can reuse again and again to take action, build confidence, and make change feel more achievable and less overwhelming.
Most importantly, you'll leave with a gentle nudge to stay curious, run small experiments, and take steps towards the things that matter to you.
