Step into the vibrant world of Turkish cuisine and discover the rich, comforting flavours of traditional çorba (soup) in this hands-on and demonstration-based cooking class. More than just a warm starter, soups hold a special place in Turkish culinary culture, often serving as a hearty and satisfying meal on their own.
In this 3-hour session, you’ll learn how to prepare three delicious and regionally diverse soups: Beyran from Gaziantep, known for its bold, spiced flavour; Muradiye from Bursa, a creamy and elegant option; and a wholesome green lentil soup from the region of Uşak.
To complete the experience, you’ll also learn how to make Bazlama – a soft, traditional Turkish flatbread that pairs perfectly with each soup.
With plenty of opportunities to taste, ask questions, and try the techniques yourself, this course offers both inspiration and practical skills to bring the heart of Turkish cooking into your own kitchen.
