Participants should be able to complete the 5k race in 60min. After this time, runners are encouraged to move to the bike paths.
Race Course
The 5k race begins in front of the Skull Creek Dockside at 8am and winds through Hilton Head Plantation until turning around and finishing back at the Skull Creek Dockside. Runners should be at the beginning of the pack and we ask that all fun walkers wait for the runners to take off before beginning their walk. The Fun Walk is a 1 mile loop through Squire Gate. The course does not enter Hilton Head Plantation. NO pets please! Strollers are permitted but must start in back of the pack.
