Work off that Thanksgiving feast with your four-legged friend or meet a new one!
Bring your friendly dog along for a 1-mile walk along the shore of Joe Poole Lake.
When: Saturday, November 28th, 2026 from 10:00am to 11:00am
Where: Shoreline Trailhead near the North Boat Ramp
Bring: Water, bags for dog poop, and a snack if you need one.
Wear: Good shoes for walking and dress for the weather!
Cost: Free with a $7 per person park entry fee or presentation of a Texas State Park Pass. Children 12 and under are free to enter the park.
