A Black Friday workout that is fun and sweaty! Join two instructors for a fast paced two hours of pole, aerial and fitness. Like your thanksgiving dinner plate the day before, this workshop has a little bit of everything on it and some really awesome SURPRISES too! No experience necessary! Bring your mom and sister for this after holiday workout. Cost is $45 for this EPIC two hour workout!
