Wanna improve your flying skills in the cheapest ISG tunnel in the world?
Weather you want to explore tunnel flying or you want to boost your progression in the sky, this camp is the perfect opportunity.

We are going to create together guidelines towards your goals and develop new skills through low speed exercises. We begin every day with mobility, stretching and more.
It's a package with 5h of tunnel time with coaching for 550€/h. Possibility to get nights at the bunkhouse with sauna, 5 minutes away from the tunnel for 20€/night.
Tunnel is a laboratory that allows us to explore flying and understand how to use efficiently our body. Beyond learning how to fly lines and moves, this environment gives us a unique opportunity to learn how to generate lift and angle with the different parts of our body. Using low speed we can break down all the lines and moves into very simple exercises to create feelings and muscle memory. Once those basics learned, we can connect them one by one and work on the dynamic to fly lines and moves.
To my mind, this process has two major advantages. First, it enables us to become efficient and to learn how to fly rather than send moves. To use all the different parts of our body, our wing. And second, moving slowly in the air gives us enough time to understand each part of the lines and build visual and muscle memory with accuracy.
Beside tunnel flying, we will do different workshops (or not) during the camp: daily warm up and stretching sessions, meditation, visualization, mental preparation.
