Join us for a full weekend dedicated entirely to Tunisian crochet techniques, garment construction, and fiber exploration at Warm & Wooly.
Tunisian Crochet Weekend is a three-day immersive learning experience designed for makers who want to deepen their skills, explore new techniques, and spend a weekend surrounded by other passionate fiber artists.
To keep the experience hands-on and interactive, attendance is limited to just 35 participants.
Your event ticket includes:
• Six Tunisian crochet classes (2 hours each) taught by featured designers
• Designer Show & Tell + Q&A session
• Guided Yarn Tasting Experience featuring Minnesota indie dyer Sunshine Queen Fiber Arts
• Trunk shows from curated indie yarn dyers
• Lunch provided Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Snack table available throughout the weekend
• Swag bag filled with fiber goodies
• Book signing with Lori Harrison
• Optional participation in Fiber Friday, our weekly open crafting night
You'll also have time throughout the weekend to relax, stitch, shop yarn, and connect with other makers.
We’re excited to welcome three talented Tunisian crochet designers to teach during the weekend:
• The Crafty Crochetier
• Aklori Designs
• Detroit Knots
Each designer will teach two classes and host a designer Q&A.
One of the highlights of the weekend will be a guided yarn tasting with Sunshine Queen Fiber Arts.
Participants will explore multiple yarn bases through swatching while learning about fiber content, yarn construction, and how different yarns behave in Tunisian crochet garments.
