I extend an invitation for you to lay down on a yoga mat or recline in a zero-gravity chair, with the sole purpose of just being in the moment.Sound Vibration, also known as sound healing or a sound bath, is an age-old practice that allows the soothing power of sound to transport you into a profound state of relaxation. It's an opportunity to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life and external distractions, enabling your body's natural healing abilities to flourish.

During the event, you'll be enveloped from head to toe in the soothing vibrations of sound, creating a truly ethereal experience.As a result, you will emerge from this experience feeling rejuvenated, with a restored sense of clarity and a deeper appreciation for the marvels of sound. Always remember: the same power that created us has the inherent ability to heal us.

• What to do and what to bring:
• Pillow, blanket, and yoga mat.
• If you prefer a zero-gravity chair instead of a yoga mat, please call or text me at 786-488-7782.

• Please arrive 15 minutes before the event begins, I promptly start at 2:00 PM
• Upon arriving, please use the restrooms and turn off your phones.
