To celebrate the Spring Equinox (a powerful time for renewal, growth and fresh energy), we’re taking over the walls of the brilliant PaintnGo studio in Tunbridge Wells for an evening of intention setting, creativity and connection.
Yes — you’ll literally be painting the walls.
This session is guided by Sasha Cameron, holistic psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, who blends psychology, nervous system work and mind–body practices to help you tune into what you really want for the season ahead.
We’ll start with a short, accessible introduction to:
Spring Equinox energy and what it represents
Intention setting and energy flow
The psychology behind manifestation and change
Then we move into the fun part.
Using art, gaze, guided visualisation and a meditative creative process, you’ll journey inward and bring your Spring vision to life directly onto the walls of the studio. It’s immersive, playful, expressive and surprisingly powerful.
This is not about being “good at art”. It’s about:
Getting clear on what you want more of
Letting go of what you’re ready to leave behind
Expressing yourself freely and visually
And leaving feeling lighter, grounded and energised
Bring Your Own Drinks (BYOB)
This is a relaxed, social evening, and it’s bring your own drinks. Wine, fizz, kombucha, soft drinks… bring whatever you love and enjoy creating in a really laid-back, joyful space.
