The North Texas Hindu Mandir invites you and your family to a special Sunday Service on August 23, 2026, to celebrate Tulsidas Jayanti, the birth anniversary of the saint-poet Goswami Tulsidas.
In Hindu philosophy, Tulsidas is revered as an incarnation of the sage Valmiki. He transformed spiritual life by translating the sacred deeds of Lord Rama into the common tongue, making the path of Bhakti (devotion) accessible to all. On this day, we honor his legacy as the author of the Ramcharitmanas and the Hanuman Chalisa, works that continue to guide millions toward a life of righteousness and humility.
