Join us for the Tulsa Metro Out of the Darkness Walk, a powerful community event hosted by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) to raise awareness, honor loved ones, and support suicide prevention efforts.
Each year, hundreds of individuals, families, organizations, and advocates come together to walk side-by-side in support of mental health, remembrance, and hope. Whether you are walking in memory of someone you’ve lost, supporting someone you care about, or standing with our community for prevention, you are welcome here.

8:00 AM – Check-In Opens
8:00 – 9:30 AM – Community Resources, Activities & Registration
9:30 AM – Opening Program & Walk
Participants will also have the opportunity to visit local community resource organizations, participate in activities, and connect with others who share a commitment to mental health and suicide prevention.
Ways to Participate:
