Tuesday Walk & TalkGrab a good pair of walking shoes! Get your coffee and get ready to get up and go.
Meet at Lyfe at 9am. You will be paired off with a Dot sister, and you take that connect on the road by 9:15 sharp.
Children and pets are welcome
We are by McEuen, City Park, and Tubb's Hill, or window shop in downtown. Have a connect and reach your steps goal.
If you don't want to walk, we return to Lyfe by 10:00 am, and reconvene as a group in the conference room, have breakfast, etc.
Rainy Day Recess option (if someone doesn't want to venture outside): have a random connect with another Dot sister.
If you arrive later than 9:15- Start walking and find walking Dot Sisters. ~or~ Have a connect with a Dot sister at the coffee house.
Plan to connect while getting your steps in every Tuesday at 9am.
