Bloomington Parks and Recreation concert series is hosting a new mid-week concert series called Tuesday Tunes at Hopewell Commons (Bloomington's newest park), which is held in conjunction with the Tuesday Market.
Low Landers is a Bloomington, Indiana-based string band influenced by bluegrass and country music. Built around the songwriting of banjo player and singer Jesse Beals, the band brings a sound that feels at home in the holler or at the honky-tonk. Their music moves from upbeat numbers that get people dancing to slower songs that pull at the heartstrings.
