Tuesday Trails at Chedoke

Tuesday trails is a Hamilton favourite because it’s not only inclusive, it’s how we’ve build the trail running community for all.
📍Every Tuesday we meet at the bottom of the Chedoke stairs and head out into the Chedoke radial trails.
We always offer 2 route options, regardless of which one you choose the group is inclusive, we take a few breaks for folks to regather and rest. Both groups run the same route for the first 2kms, then after regrouping folks decide on one of these 2 routes and a lead is appointed for each.
5k chill pace - this is a straight 2.5km out and back following the main trail. This is great for new runners, if you’re looking to just shake the legs out of just a no pressure run with like minded people.

7K side trails - this route takes you along the escarpment trail sections and has rolling elevations and terrains for 2-3kms of the route.

The group lead will check in to ensure everyone is good, and sometimes they’re all vibing and want to go “touch the bridge” before heading back to the start. Always a no pressure space
