Take a break from the chaos and give yourself the gift of deep relaxation with Tuesday Tone Down. This 90-minute session is designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect.
We’ll start with a gentle yoga flow to release tension, followed by a guided meditation to quiet the mind. Then, immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of a sound bath led by sound healer Andy, bringing deep relaxation and energetic balance.
There are two sessions available: 12:30–2:00 PM and 5:30–7:00 PM, so you can choose the time that fits your schedule best.
To make the most of your experience, bring a mat, pillow, blanket, and water for comfort, as well as a journal if you’d like to reflect afterward. Extra mats are available if needed.
Space is limited, so secure your spot! No experience needed—just come as you are and allow yourself to unwind.
