Please join us in person or remotely for Cindy Wright's talk on creating a meadow for wildlife. Cindy is a Program Development Specialist at the Knox-Lincoln Soil and Water District.
Establishing a Wildflower Meadow IS a rewarding project that benefits both you and the environment - and it truly doesn't have to be complicated or difficult - you can get your meadow started this year! Cindy will explain the KISS approach to meadow-making for connecting with nature and contributing to environmental conservation.
The talk is designed to explore the character and biodiversity of these forests, buried in their growth position, and their relationships to the advances and retreats of southern hemisphere continental glaciation cycles during the main coal-forming interval, the Pennsylvanian Period.
