Tuesday Talks is a FREE in-person parent education series with presentations by mental health providers and other experts in their fields. Sessions will occur on the second Tuesday of every month, and each month will be a new topic and a different speaker. Register for one, two, or all eight sessions! YOU MUST REGISTER FOR EACH SESSION THAT YOU WANT TO ATTEND.

2/13/2024: Teen Dating; Marin Lasater, Community Engagement Coordinator for Community Alliance Against Family Abuse
3/12/2024: The Impact of Trauma; Venessa De La Cruz, Licensed Clinical Social Worker
4/9/2024: Connecting with Our Teens in Meaningful Ways; Elizabeth Rahamim, Licensed Clinical Social Worker
5/14/2024: The Impact of Stress and Emotions on Functioning; Ashley Hebert, Licensed Professional Counselor
Each presentation is designed for parents of teenagers to provide critical information and realistic usable strategies. Every session includes a free dinner, valuable conversation about the topic of the evening, and opportunities to connect with the speaker as well as with other parents.

In order to allow for the most open and transparent conversations, this series is designed for parents and is not intended for children or teenagers to attend.

Semicolon Society is an Arizona nonprofit and 501(c)3 that provides free mental health education, awareness, and events with a focus on suicide prevention. Every speaker in this series has been personally selected by Semicolon Society, although their personal opinions do not necessarily reflect those of Semicolon Society. Members of Semicolon Society's Board will be present at all sessions.
