Bring your water and meet us Tuesday night at 6 pm at the track at Jackson Prep for a speed workout! This is open to anyone who wants to join! Everyone will be going at their own speed so any and all paces are welcome! Come run (and sweat) with us!Please note there may be baseball games going on. Parking and participation are at your own risk.
