We will do a casual 2-4 mile out-and-back run (whatever distance you are more comfortable with!)All ages and paces welcome! Feel free to run, walk, jog, whatever feels good. We’ll start with a light stretch, head out together, and just enjoy some movement and community.
Bring:
Water (it’s hot!), a towel or mat to stretch before and after, and your usual running gear.
