Dr. Derek Lee from Rise Physical Therapy will join us at Stonebreaker. Clinic to start at 530p before the ride and will last approximately 45 minutes. The ride will start and end at Stonebreaker utilizing Markham and Centennial trails. The clinic will focus on movement, mobility and strength off the bike for cyclists. Specific movements and exercises to correct deficiencies.
