This is an accessible all-levels 60 minute Slow Gentle Hatha flow yoga class, and everyone is welcome, including beginners! It's the perfect way to unwind and prep for your upcoming week.

Space is limited per the businesses regulations and registration is required, so please grab your free ticket here on Eventbrite to join. Each week tends to fill up, so be sure to snag your spot early, and please Cancel your tickets if you know you will be unable to attend.
