Come join the TrailsRoc crew for the return of Tuesday Hill Runs! We will run hill repeats - A 1 mile warm up to a hill, then 40 mins of hill work and a 1 mile cool down back to the parking lot. We will meet in Lot D on Lakeshore Blvd at the Bottom of Log Cabin Road.
