Tuba Christmas at Galion Community Theatre

It’s beginning to sound a lot like TUBACHRISTMAS®!
Galion Community Theatre is excited to be hosting a TUBACHRISTMAS® Concert at 5 pm Saturday, December 12.
TUBACHRISTMAS® was created in 1974 by Harvey Phillips to honor his mentor, legendary tuba teacher William J. Bell. The very first concert took place on December 22, 1974, at New York City's Rockefeller Plaza, featuring traditional holiday music arranged by composer Alec Wilder. Today, the event celebrates the global community of tuba and euphonium players, honors great music educators, and thanks the composers who expand the repertoire for these instruments.
We are reaching out to you to be a participant in, not only GCT’s first TUBACHRISTMAS® concert, but the organization’s 53rd TUBACHRISTMAS® event.
