¿Siempre has querido probar el ballet pero no sabías cómo empezar? Este taller está diseñado para ti. Aprenderás las bases del ballet desde cero de forma relajada y pasando un buen rato.

¿En qué consistirá?

• Una introducción sencilla a los pasos básicos y posturas del ballet.

• Ejercicios para mejorar tu postura, flexibilidad y equilibrio.

• Una clase guiada por una profesora experta que te acompañará en cada movimiento.

• Todo en un ambiente cómodo y diseñado para principiantes.
