HTI is hosting a hiring event seeking first and second shift Forklift Operators for TTi in Wellford, SC. These positions are temp-to-hire and interested candidates will need to pass a background check, drug screening, and interview to make sure client requirements are met to be eligible. Orientation and hiring for these positions are being done on the spot so please make sure to bring multiple forms of ID and proof of education with you.

Pay Rates
– $17.00 - $19.00/hr
Shifts Available
– 1st Shift (6:30am - 3:00pm)
– 2nd Shift (3:30pm - 12:00pm)

FORKLIFT OPERATOR
Requirements
– High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
– Stand Up Forklift License or Certification
– Reach truck, pacer, and stand up forklift experience preferred
– At least one year of recent forklift operating experience in a manufacturing setting
– Ability to lift 50 lbs. repetitively
– Must be able to stand for long hours
– Capacity to work long hours up to 12 hours
– Must be able to understand and respond to various notifications, both visual and audible, unless otherwise stated by the client
Responsibilities
– Identifies and transports requested materials to and from various locations including machines, loading docks, trucks, and storage areas
– Uses protective materials and strapping equipment to protect and secure loads
– Manages and piles skids, pallets, and other supplies in specified areas
– Applies understanding of machine loading capacity and loading schedule, ensuring prompt delivery of required items
– All other duties as assigned
