TSA CONNECT 2026: RAIC Fellows
About this Event
October 5 is World Architecture Day, and this year we are celebrating alongside the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC) and the RAIC College’s Ontario Southwest Committee, with a special edition of TSA CONNECT featuring architects from across the region who have been recognized by their peers for their contributions to architecture.
Known by the postnomials FRAIC—or a Fellow of the RAIC College—these individuals have been inducted into the College of Fellows for their professional accomplishments or service to the profession and community. Fellowship is one of the highest honours the RAIC bestows, celebrating individuals for their achievements in areas such as research, scholarship, public service, or professional excellence in Canada or abroad—and now is your chance to meet them!
This special edition of TSA CONNECT will feature RAIC Fellows from the RAIC College’s Ontario Southwest Committee—a volunteer group responsible for raising thousands of dollars for regional scholarships—alongside the newest cohort of inductees. Whether you are a student, young professional, or just looking to connect with inspiring individuals, this session is a great opportunity to learn about their unique career paths and motivates them in areas like practice, education, research and community advocacy. And as an added bonus, we’ll also have in attendance representatives of the RAIC, as well as information on RAIC Foundation scholarships for both students and Intern Architects.

8:00 - 9:30 PM — Mix and Mingle
Light refreshments will be served and a cash bar will be available (debit, credit, Apple Pay, or Google Pay only).

About the TSA CONNECT Series
Join the Toronto Society of Architects for evenings of networking and relationship building as Featured Guests from Toronto’s architecture and design industry share their experiences, perspectives and advice on issues of practice, career, and more. Each session will feature new guests, topics and small group discussions, giving participants the opportunity to ask questions and form connections with our Featured Guests. Sessions, guests, and dates are announced in the TSA Bulletin as they are confirmed with limited tickets for each session, so make sure to sign up so you don’t miss out!
