From the June training camp we select athletes to represent Iowa on one of our All-Star teams at the 2026 All-Star Championships!
The 2026 All-Star Volleyball Championships are in late July and this year in Columbus, OH.
Tryout #3 - March 27, 2026 in Des Moines
Location: MidAmerican RecPlex (6500 Grand Ave, West Des Moines, IA 50266)
Tryout times: 7:00-9:00 pm (All Age Divisions)
Check in starts at 5:00 pm
Please arrive early to complete check in procedures and physical testing.
This tryout is for all ages, both male and female participants.
Bring:
Completed and signed Medical Release Form
Proof of USAV membership
Copy of your membership card - either printed or on the phone
Proper workout gear
Your tryout shirt will be distributed at your first 2026 tryout and you must bring this to every subsequent tryout you attend this season, as well as camp should you be accepted.
