About this Event

Calligraphy Guild Pittsburgh will be hosting a special Try Your Hand at calligraphy on Sunday, February 1. All you need to do is walk in to give calligraphy a try!

Enjoy the art in the Netti D + Friends exhibit at Open Space at GBBN Architects. Anette Duensing is presenting a farewell exhibit of her abstract watercolors and calligraphy. The show is "Netti +Friends" because in addition to her own work, she invited other art friends to participate in the exhibit.

During the Netti D + Friends exhibit, you can walk in between 1:30 and 4 p.m. to give calligraphy a try using a metal nib and ink.

Plan to spend about 20-30 minutes writing guided by reps from Calligraphy Guild Pittsburgh. You'll also be able to watch calligraphers demonstrate - we'll be writing names on bookmarks for free for visitors.
