During this hands-on session, you'll learn the basics of sidemount equipment configuration, proper weighting and trim, buoyancy techniques, and the unique advantages that make sidemount diving so popular among recreational, technical, and cave divers. Then you'll have the opportunity to get in the water and experience sidemount diving for yourself in a comfortable pool environment.

This introductory session is perfect for:
