• 45-minute total body workout
• Indoor + outdoor workout stations (weather permitting)
• Stroller friendly community fun
• Solo mamas welcome too!
• Pre & postnatal safe
• All fitness levels welcome
👶 Children under age 6 must remain in a stroller during class.
