TRUTH CLUB Women's Sharing Circle

Feeling frazzled & want a place you can just be yourself? Running around & just want to press pause and have no expectations or demands on your time?

This is your permission slip to show up, sit down and chill out! No expectations to share, but if you do you'll be met with compassionate listening with no unwanted advice or responses.

This is a one-off event held as Part of "One Sacred Circle" in collaboration with Sister Stories, hosted by Christa Sinclair.

Info: Feel free to come along anytime from 6:40pm to grab a cuppa and choose your chair!

Info: I'll lead us through an introduction & guidelines the a simple grounding meditation. Guidelines - Our Shared agreements
Confidentiality - we agree to keep strictly private anything vocalised in our shared space.
No verbal responses - we agree not to give any direct response or advice.
Choice - Everything I offer is an invitation & not an instruction. Take what feels right for you and leave the rest behind.
Pause - welcome a pause, both between people talking and whilst you are talking - there is no rush.
Self Care - do what you need to look after yourself before, during and after our circle.
What’s said in circle, stays in Circle - we agree not to approach anyone outside of the circle about something they have said. I want us all to feel safe to share something, knowing that we will not be asked about it afterwards. The exception is if there is a safeguarding concerns, then I will contact that person afterwards and any appropriate 3rd party for support.

Info: This is the main part of our time & I will take a step back to allow anyone to speak when they want to. Bringing up whatever is present for you: grief, joy, anger, elation, sadness….

Giving yourself space in your day to press pause on all the usual “stuff”
A secular space where everyone is welcome no matter what their religious or spiritual beliefs are.
