Trusting the Unseen: The Body Knows
The wisdom your body has been speaking all along
About this Event
Event Description
There is a kind of knowing that arrives before thought — a tightening, a softening, a pull toward or a pull away. Your body has been speaking in this language your whole life, often beneath the noise of everything you were taught to trust instead.
This is an evening of coming back into that conversation. Together, in community, we’ll slow down enough to feel what the body already knows: the yes that lives in the chest, the no that settles in the gut, the truth that registers in the bones long before the mind can explain it. Through practice and presence, we’ll learn to recognize these signals as real — and to let them move us, choose for us, and lead us.
You may have joined us in the first of this series, this will build upon that experience, and you are also welcome to join us if this is your first time! Either way, you only need a willingness to listen to yourself in a new way. And for those who feel the pull to go deeper, there will be an opening to continue into The Beauty Way.
Intentions of the Circle:
- To recognize the body as a source of knowing, not only a vessel
- To feel the difference between a true yes and a true no in your own body
- To slow down enough to sense what lives beneath the mind’s chatter
- To trust the signals — tension and ease, contraction and expansion — as guidance
- To return to the body as both home and compass
- To let sensation inform how you move, choose, and lead
- To be in real, rooted relationship with your own felt knowing
