About the Presenters:

Dr. Emily Guy, DC

Dr. Emily, owner and chiropractor at Sacred Presence, hails from New Jersey and loves all that Atlanta has to offer. She comes with a history and experience in multiple methods of adjusting, has attended a wide variety of seminars, and enjoyed serving on a women’s chiropractic mission trip in Mexico. Dr. Emily was introduced to Bio-Geometric Integration (BGI) early in her education and uses the framework in every adjustment. BGI has given her the tools to listen more deeply to the body’s needs and how to honor them during the adjustment. Her philosophy is that the body is perfectly made, and through chiropractic, she can help people become more adaptable and connected to their bodies, allowing them to continue to heal, grow, adapt, and evolve!

Lindsey Cope, LCSW

Lindsey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelors in Social Work from Augusta University. Lindsey has over seven years of experience in the field, including four years of direct work with eating disorders at partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care. Lindsey has extensive training in working with eating disorders, trauma, and body image, and has provided therapy to individuals of all ages. Lindsey integrates Health at Every Size (HAES) and fat justice perspectives in her work with clients, and believes that all women deserve permission (from themselves) to live full and empowered lives.
