Trust the Unseen- A New Moon Yoga Journey

An invitation to turn inward and trust yourself in the unknown.
The New Moon invites us into a space of quiet reflection, possibility, and renewal. It reminds us that even when we cannot see what lies ahead, something beautiful may already be unfolding.

Join Patricia and Chris for a nurturing 90-minute yoga and sound journey designed to help you reconnect with yourself, and embrace the beauty of the unknown.

Through sound, mindful movement, breathwork, and stillness, we will explore the balance between effort and surrender, creating space to listen to our inner wisdom and set meaningful intentions for the cycle ahead.

Our journey will include:

• Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutations): A gentle, flowing practice honouring the calming and introspective qualities of the moon.
• Pranayama: Intentional breathing to quiet the mind and cultivate awareness.
• Yin Yoga: Longer-held, supported postures encouraging release, reflection, and deep relaxation.
• Guided Meditation & Journaling: An opportunity to explore what you’re ready to release and what you wish to welcome into your life.
• Extended Savasana supported by Sound: Time to rest, integrate, and simply be.

This workshop is about reconnecting with who you already are and trusting the path as it unfolds.

No previous yoga experience is necessary. All levels are welcome.
