It's time for The 18th Annual Trunk or Treat Street Festival, presented by Spire!Dress up in your favorite Halloween costume and go from trunk to trunk to get treats while enjoying a silent disco powered by Silent Events (www.silentevents.com), inflatables, therapy animals, and more!
