Washington County Sheriff’s Office to Host Trunk or Treat on Halloween Night
Washington County, VA — The Washington County, VA Sheriff’s Office is excited to announce its annual Trunk or Treat event, set to take place on Friday, October 31, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Washington County Fairgrounds.
Families are invited to bring their little ghosts, goblins, and superheroes for a safe and festive evening of candy, food, and Halloween fun. The free event will feature decorated vehicles, costumed first responders, and plenty of treats for kids of all ages.
“This is one of our favorite events of the year,” said Sheriff Blake Andis. “It’s a great opportunity to engage with our community in a fun and positive way, while also ensuring kids have a safe place to celebrate Halloween.”
The Sheriff’s Office encourages everyone to wear their best costumes and come ready for a night of spooky excitement and community spirit.
