Join Us for Our Annual K-12 Trunk or Treat & Fall Festival!

Get ready for an incredible evening of community fun, costumes, and decorated trunks for our entire school community (grades K-12) and everyone is welcome to join! Invite your friends, family, and neighbors for a fantastic night out.

🏆 Costume & Trunk Contests: Show off your creativity! We will have awesome prizes up for grabs across multiple categories:

• Trunk Contest: Best Decorated Trunk
• Costume Contests: Most Original, Scariest, Group Costume, Funniest, Best Overall, and Most Original!

🎶 Live DJ & Outdoor Fun: Dance the night away with our live DJ! Enjoy outdoor games, activities, and plenty of festive fall energy. (Please note that this is an outdoor event, so please dress comfortably and prepare for the weather!)

🏫 High School Club Fundraisers & Thespian Haunted House: Support our high school students! High school clubs will be on-site hosting fundraisers. Plus, don't miss the Thespian Club's Annual Haunted House! (Note: The Haunted House is a special attraction and is not included with standard event wristbands).

🍔 Food Trucks: Hungry? We will have multiple food trucks on-site with meals and treats available for purchase. Please note: Our main event is cashless (card only), though individual food trucks may accept cash or card.

NEW THIS YEAR: The "Candy Monster" Ticket Option ($10) Traditionally, we ask families to send in candy to help feed our front office "Candy Monster." To make things easier this year, we are offering an optional $10 Candy Contribution Ticket right here on Eventbrite!

• How it works: Instead of running out to buy and send in bags of candy, you can simply purchase a $10 ticket online. We will use 100% of these funds to bulk-purchase all the candy needed to keep our front office Candy Monster fully fed and happy for the event!
  Prefer to donate candy directly? Traditional candy donations are still warmly welcomed at the front office if you prefer to contribute that way.

⚠️ Important Event Policies (Please Read Carefully)

To ensure a safe, fair, and smooth experience for all participating families, please review our event policies below:

• Wristband & Activity Access Policy: Official, event-issued wristbands include access to: bounce houses, the inflatable obstacle course, and crafting activities. Children must wear their wristband at all times. Special attractions (such as highschool club attractions and food truck purchases) require separate transactions and are not covered by the wristband. Being present at the event does not grant access to restricted attractions without a valid, paid wristband. No exceptions will be made for missing, lost, or un-purchased wristbands.
• Adult Supervision Requirement: This is NOT a drop-off event. An adult parent or guardian must be present with minors at all times throughout the entire event.
• Strict No-Refund Policy: All ticket sales, donations, and add-ons (including Candy Monster contributions, activity tickets, etc.) are strictly non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including absence from the event, inclement weather, or scheduling conflicts.
• Liability & Supervision: Parents and guardians are entirely responsible for supervising their children at all times. The organization, school, and event coordinators assume no liability or responsibility for lost items, unattended children, or incidents occurring on-site.
• Right to Refuse Service: Management and event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry, remove participants, or revoke event privileges for anyone violating safety guidelines, displaying disruptive behavior, or failing to adhere to event policies.
