You're invited!! This free family event will take place at Ascension St. Vincent's St. Johns County on Sunday, October 19 from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. We are excited to offer a safe and fun way to trick or treat from trunk to trunk in a festive, family atmosphere while getting to know your local healthcare team.
There will be a health fair, free candy, prizes, food trucks, and so
much more! Costumes are encouraged as there will be a costume
contest for all ages up to 12 years old. And of course, don't forget
your treat bucket. We can't wait to see you there! Free flu vaccines will also be offered at this event.
