Festivities include:

- Carnival games

- Balloon Twisters
- Selfie Station
- Hot chocolate bar
- Contests – best Halloween costumes and best decorated
trunks (winners cannot be N9 employees)
- Firetruck and Ambulance display

Open to active duty, reservists, retirees, veterans with VA Health ID, DoD employees, their families and their guests.
