Trunk or Treat 7 - New Lenox Cars + Coffee (#95)
+Join us Sunday, October 25th for the 7th Annual Spooktacular Trunk or Treat event at Gost Coffee. Whether you are new or have come to every Cars + Coffee event, please join us! This is one of our Favorite Events!
+Event Hours: 8am to 11am
Location: 1333 S Schoolhouse Rd, New Lenox, IL 60451 (Gost Coffee)
+Gost Coffee Hours: 7am to 4pm
+Bring your car, motorcycle, or just come for some great coffee and wonderful company.
+Logistics:
-I will be decorating the trunk of my wrx and providing candy for the kids. I welcome anyone who plans on coming to join in on the fun.
-Main area for those who are decorating their cars and/or passing out candy will be in the fenced parking lot near the flag pole. You are also welcome to decorate your trunk or pass out candy where you park.
-New Lenox ESDA (Emergency Services & Disaster Agency) will be present on Schoolhouse to help park overflow cars or those only looking to attend the event across Schoolhouse Rd on Old Plank Dr.
-I will have a backdrop available for you to take family photos and also a professional photographer onsite for one hour to take free family photos.
-I will share a map of the event here and also on the Instagram/FB page.

-What is Trunk or treat?
A bunch of people band together, deck out their trunks with Halloween decorations, and let their kids meander from car to car, collecting candy at each stop.
-Is decorating your trunk required to attend the event?
No. It is not required. You are also not required to pass out candy.
-Is decorating your trunk required to pass out candy?
No, you are able to pass out candy where ever you park.
-How will I get photos of family or kids after the event?
There will be a professional photographer there from 9am to 10am. When you go over to the backdrop to get your photo taken we will have a sign-up sheet for us to email the photos of you and your family.
**Please note: Do NOT do any Burnouts, Drifting, Two-step, Revving, Etc. Absolutly NO exceptions. Please exit the event responsibly. Do NOT park on Schoolhouse Rd. Please be respectful so that we can keep doing these events. As this event has grown, so have the eyes on it. Let us continue to Set the Standard for what a Car Community.
+All drivers participate at their own risk. I do not condone speeding or reckless driving. All participants should follow and obey all traffic laws. Attending this event also acknowledges that New Lenox Cars + Coffee is not a legal standing organization in the eyes of the law, and is simply an organized group of friends communicating through a private platform. You acknowledge that you and/or your passenger(s) will not hold Eric Basiorka, Gost Coffee, and the Village of New Lenox liable or responsible for any damages or incidents that may occur. Also, all attendees consent to photos and videos to be used for promotional purposes by New Lenox Cars + Coffee. Photo credit will be cited when possible.
