Trunk or Treat at the Bason Reserve!

Trunk or treat is a family friendly way to celebrate Halloween.
Decorate the boot (Trunk) of your car, dress up, bring treats to share!
Cars park around the edges of the field (trunk/boot facing toward the center) and children visit each trunk for a treat.
This event is about sharing, you must contribute to take part so all attendees need to be associated with a participating vehicle.
Arrive and set up 5.30pm.
Trick or treating will start at 6pm.
There will be a siren indicating the start time. Please do not start early. This allows everyone time to arrive and set up.
Trick or treating will end at approximately 7pm and cars will be released at 7.15pm
This year there will be traffic control on the main road and we will be using both the bbq lawn (original location) and the top lawn.
Please follow the parking instructions of event marshals. We will be filling the bbq lawn first.
PLEASE NOTE: Cars with decorated trunks will be unable to leave the event area until approximately 7.15pm when trick or treating is finished.
You are responsible for supervising the children in your care.
Drive at Walking pace & watch out for children.
Please familiarise yourself with the health and safety guidelines posted in the discussion section.
