About Northeast Ohio Adoption Services
Since 1978, NOAS has been dedicated to providing foster care and adoption services to school-aged children and teens in permanent custody. Our programs, such as the IGNITE Foster Youth Mentoring Program, have made a significant impact by matching foster youth with supportive, nurturing adults who guide them through their journey.
