Sublime! Divine! The Truffles & Wine Dinner at La Toque offers the ultimate culinary truffle experience. Composed by Michelin star and master chefs flown in from around the world, this opulent dinner is truffle cuisine at its absolute best!

This is a milestone year in which we anticipate we’ll be able to use ultra fresh Napa/Sonoma harvested black truffles for the very first time in our truffle festival history!** Considering that truffles have a freshness half life of only 5 days, this becomes a game changer because you’ll be able to taste for yourself how much more potent and aromatic these locally harvested truffles are, compared to those imported from Europe.

It’s not every day that FOUR Michelin star/master chefs converge in the same kitchen to create a meal. Incomparably earthy and primal, the finest and freshest black truffles take center stage in each exquisite course, expertly prepared by our superstar chefs.

Wines! Not just any wines are served at this most glorious dinner. The evening begins with a reception featuring Roederer Estate’s classic sparkling wine served with elegant truffle canapes, followed by a superb multi-course truffle menu impeccably paired with some of the world’s finest library and reserve wines, hand-selected by Chef Ken Frank and his team of sommeliers to complement the extraordinary and complex flavors of the black truffle dishes.
