This two-day volleyball clinic focuses on the foundational skills young athletes need to succeed: serve receive, defense and purposeful serving. We’ll break down systems, footwork and form while building confidence as well as court awareness. Players will also learn effort-based mindset tools to help reset and respond in game situations.
What You Will Learn:
- Foundational training in serve receive, defense and purposeful serving
- Systems-based learning: lineups, reading the ball, platform angles
- Mental reset strategies and effort-based coaching
